Les Chênes Verts is a maison d’hôtes located in La Bastidonne, in the South Luberon. Véronique and Patrick have lived here since 1983 and have been welcoming travellers since 2007, in a family property surrounded by greenery.
Set on nearly 4,000 m² laid out in terraces, the house has four chambres d’hôtes for two people: Turquoise, Orange, Grenadine, and Aubergine. Each has its own atmosphere and its own features, while allowing you to enjoy the outdoor areas and the infinity pool, open in season.
In the morning, breakfast is included with each room. The day can then continue peacefully in the garden or by the pool, or be devoted to discovering the villages, markets, landscapes, and activities of the Luberon.
La Bastidonne makes it possible, in particular, to reach Pertuis, Ansouis, or Lourmarin while keeping the same accommodation for several nights. You return to the house after each day of visiting, without multiplying changes of address.

10 m²Room 01
Turquoise is a 10 m² chambre d’hôtes designed for two people. More compact than the other rooms in the house, it is a simple option for a few nights in La Bastidonne, in a calm environment in the heart of the South Luberon.
The room is equipped with a 140 cm double bed, reversible air conditioning, and a shower room with private washbasin and WC. A hairdryer, liquid soap, and bath towels are provided.
Unlike Orange and Aubergine, Turquoise does not have an independent entrance: access is directly from the main entrance of Les Chênes Verts. This layout is closer to the traditional spirit of a guest room in the host’s home.
After breakfast, La Bastidonne’s location makes it possible to set off to discover the surroundings before returning to the property, the garden, and the pool at the end of the day.

With its 15 m², Orange is the largest room offered at Les Chênes Verts. It accommodates two people and has an independent entrance opening onto the garden.
Its bedding can be arranged as a 180 cm King bed or two 90 cm single beds. This layout is one of its main differences from the other rooms and makes it possible to adapt the sleeping arrangement to the people staying there.
Orange has a private shower room as well as separate WC. It also benefits from reversible air conditioning, a hairdryer, liquid soap, and bath towels.
Located in La Bastidonne, the house makes it easy to reach Pertuis and then head towards the villages and landscapes of the South Luberon. After a day of sightseeing or a walk, you can return to the peace and quiet of the property and enjoy the pool during its opening period.

Grenadine is a 13 m² room for two people. Its atmosphere and decoration give it a different identity within Les Chênes Verts: Véronique notably redesigned its layout, in continuity with her taste for decoration and armchair restoration.
The room has reversible air conditioning as well as a shower room with private WC. A hairdryer, liquid soap, and bath towels are provided. Breakfast is included.
Its atmosphere can naturally suit a couple’s stay in the Luberon, without relying on so-called romantic facilities or services that are not offered by the establishment.
From La Bastidonne, you can plan several nights on site to visit Pertuis, Ansouis, Lourmarin, and other areas of the South Luberon, then return to the tranquillity of Les Chênes Verts between two days of discovery.

Aubergine accommodates two people in a 13 m² room equipped with a 140 cm double bed. It stands out in particular for its independent entrance: a French window opens directly onto the large 157 m² tiled terrace, located to the south of the house.
This access makes it easy to reach the outdoor areas without going through the main entrance. The room also has reversible air conditioning, a hairdryer, liquid soap, and bath towels.
Its location at Les Chênes Verts makes it possible to stay in a calm place while remaining close to Lourmarin and the villages of the South Luberon. After a few hours of visiting, the terrace, the garden, and the pool make it possible to return to a more tranquil pace in La Bastidonne.
Aubergine is therefore an interesting room for people who attach particular importance to outdoor access and wish to alternate between discovering Provence and time on site.

The infinity pool is part of the outdoor areas at Les Chênes Verts and makes it possible to enjoy your stay in the Luberon differently. Installed within the property, it measures 14.50 metres by 7.50 metres.
Its size allows you both to cool off and to truly swim. Its overflow creates the sound of water when it is running, and its ozone treatment makes the water pleasant, without a lingering smell on the skin.
The pool complements the garden, the large 157 m² terrace, and the land laid out in terraces. After a visit, a hike, a bike ride, or a Provençal market, it allows you to return to the property and enjoy a moment by the water.
A pool makes it possible to plan a stay without devoting every day to sightseeing. You can discover a village or a Provençal landscape in the morning, then return to La Bastidonne to spend the afternoon or the end of the day on site.
At Les Chênes Verts, this possibility is part of the balance of the stay: discovering the region while keeping time to rest at the house.

All four rooms have reversible air conditioning, a shower room with shower and WC, a hairdryer, liquid soap, and bath towels. Access layouts and WC configurations vary depending on the room.
Breakfast is included. Guests also enjoy the garden, the terrace, and the pool in season. A table d’hôtes is offered by reservation, with Véronique’s southern cuisine and harvests from the organic kitchen garden depending on the season.

Breakfast is included with each night in a chambre d’hôtes. It makes it possible to start the day quietly in La Bastidonne before setting off to visit the Luberon or to enjoy the property.
It is prepared in the spirit of the house, with, in particular, breads and pastries from a local baker, homemade jams, Luberon honey, seasonal fruit, homemade yoghurts, and hot drinks.
This place given to simple, local, seasonal products is also found at the table d’hôtes. Véronique prepares a southern cuisine there that evolves according to the products available and the garden’s harvests.
Breakfast thus becomes a moment in its own right during the stay, but also a first link with the welcoming spirit of Les Chênes Verts.
